Returns

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. A copy of your invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions
If we sent an incorrect item, we will arrange a swap or provide a return label. We will then send the correct item as soon as possible.In some cases, we may not require the incorrect item to be returned and will ask you to dispose of it while still sending the correct product.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the unwanted item first. Once approved, you may place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you after inspecting your return. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or credited to your account, depending on your account type.Please note that processing times may vary by your bank or card provider.
